Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure equal bandwidth distribution and stable network performance, we follow Fair Usage Policy guidelines.

• Unlimited plans may be subject to speed reductions after heavy usage.
• Excessive or abusive downloads may lead to temporary shaping.
• Leased line and corporate plans are exempt from FUP.

This ensures smooth experience for all users.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers shall not use internet service for:

• Illegal downloads/piracy
• Hacking or security attacks
• Spamming or phishing
• Hosting illegal or prohibited content
• Violating TRAI/DOT guidelines

RSW Infoway reserves the right to suspend service in case of misuse.
